Due to the nature of dietary supplements and for safety, hygiene, and quality-control reasons, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened, used, or consumed.
Refunds or replacements may only be considered in the following situations:
• The wrong product was received.
• The product arrived damaged.
• The product was lost during shipment and confirmed by the carrier.
To request assistance with one of the situations above, please contact support within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number along with photographs of the issue.
